Katie Howard

Katie Howard is a creative nonfiction writer who lives in Seattle. She is currently seeking representation for her debut memoir, Enough to Ruin Me, which has been supported by the Sewanee Writers’ Conference and a Mineral School residency.

As a grant writer who has won more than $375 million in funding for social and racial justice work, Katie brings to her creative writing decades of experience with research and storytelling. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English-Creative Writing, and she has studied extensively at Hugo House and in mentorships with Anne Liu Kellor, Katherine E. Standefer, and Chelsea Hodson.
